227 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 227 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the 227 platform via our website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use 227's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be legally competent to enter into a binding contract in Malaysia.
- Not be on any list of individuals prohibited from participating in betting activities by any relevant authority.
- Registering only one personal account – multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
227 reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate existing accounts where any eligibility requirements are not met.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information. 227 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided. Accounts found to be using false information or another person's identity will be terminated immediately without prior notice.
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Any attempt to create additional accounts to circumvent restrictions or exploit promotions unfairly will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your 227 account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered your own.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, please contact the 227 support team immediately. Change your password regularly as an added security measure and avoid logging in over public WiFi networks.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 227 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern your financial dealings on this platform.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the payment method selected. 227 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by third-party financial service providers. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the 227 platform.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method. 227 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes. Withdrawals are only permitted to an account or wallet registered in the name of the account holder.
In the event of any dispute relating to a transaction, users must contact the 227 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. After this period, 227 reserves the right to decline processing any claims related to that transaction.
227 Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following activities on the 227 platform:
- Using automated software, bots or any technological means to manipulate games or betting outcomes.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Attempting to hack, damage or disrupt the operations of the 227 platform's systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Distributing unlawful, defamatory or harmful content to other users through the 227 platform.
Limitation of Liability
227 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors or third-party actions. 227's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
227 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or for security and legal compliance reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud will forfeit all balances held in their accounts. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 227 support team for assistance.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 227 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces and software code, is the exclusive property of 227 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or use any such content without prior written consent from 227.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 227 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. 227 has no control over the content or privacy practices of such third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of those websites or services.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
227 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the 227 platform following any published changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the 227 platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between the parties involved. Should negotiation fail to reach a resolution, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
